Here are my goals for 2021: week 14 of 52:
Photo by Free To Use Sounds on UnsplashWhat I Accomplished This Week Read half of Under the Tulip Tree this week.
I actually read the whole book and really enjoyed it. Review coming soon!
Put handles on the bathroom cabinet.
No. I’m procrastinating on this because I’m afraid I’m going to do it wrong and ruin the cabinets!!
Clean out the master bedroom closet for one hour. BEFORE Picture of Our Closet
Yes, but the job is still not done. I have another hour or two left.
Follow along to Bible in a Year for 7.5 episodes.
Wow. I really felll off the wagon with this. I am now 20 days behind. I’m trying not to sweat it, but I do have to figure out how to fit this in my routine again and not just drop it completely.
Exercise every day this week.
No. I exercised three days this week. I did a Yoga with Bird session one time, and I was shocked that my shoulders were sore afterward. Because I’m just a yoga beginner, I’ve never had a session that actually made me sore. I plan to do more Yoga with Bird sessions next week.
Declutter the tile area in our entryway and hallway
No. This has to wait until the closet is cleaned because I need to make space in the closet for some of the stuff on the tile.
Create a chore chart for the kids.
No.
Have a Whole30 freezer cooking session.
No. I think I’ll wait for this until after I talk to the naturopath so I actually know what I can eat.
Listen to one healthy living podcast.
Yes. I listened to an episode, “What’s Blocking You from the Health You Want” on The Liv Well Podcast.
Rearrange my schedule to get 8 hours of sleep a night and get my work done.
This is rough. I’m getting about 7 to 7.5 hours of sleep a night right now. We’ve started making adjustments to our schedule like moving up our dinner time by a half an hour so we can relax earlier in the night, but this one is going to take awhile.
Goals for This Week
I am lightening up on goals this week to just do the basics:
Read half of When Breath Becomes Air this week. Follow along to Bible in a Year for 3 episodes. Do yoga or walk three days this week. Create a chore chart for the kids. Listen to one healthy living podcast. Get 8 hours of sleep a night five days this week.
