Hey everyone, I can't believe it's been a month since I've seen you!  I took an extra long break through the holidays, some family events, and a nice little January family vacay before my son went back to college.  So, I'm easing into 2021 here and since I missed all of the year end festivities, thought I'd start there and share my top ten posts from 2020.  It's always fun- and insightful- to look back at these and see what you all enjoyed.

The first project of the year was wrapping up the Kids' Jack and Jill Bathroom Makeover.  This ended up being such a night and day difference from the warmer, darker colors that were in here before.  SO thrilled with how it turned out.

I shared the new table that we switched out in the Breakfast Nook,  We are really enjoying the round shape in the space and I'm loving the mix of so many different styles.  (Sold out where I originally purchased but still available here- see original post for other sources.)

As a follow-up to the kids' bathroom reveal, I shared how I dressed their shower with this DIY Shower Curtain and Cornice Board Tutorial.  It really isn't too hard, so with a little bit of time, minimal skill, and just putting in the work you can get an affordable totally custom look!

In the midst of our "stay at home" time last Spring, I finally re-painted my Green China Cabinet which I'd wanted to do for a couple of years.  It might not seem too different on your screen, but the previous green had a yellow tint to it that always bugged me with the rest of my greens.  I switched to a slightly deeper Behr "Crown Jewel" and I've been so much happier with it (a perfect match to my beloved Rustoleum Meadow Green spray paint)!

A sign of the times, I used some ready made necklaces and adapted them into DIY Face Mask Neck Chains.  My Mom especially has been loving hers!

It took several months at the end of 2019 and a good part of 2020 working off and on and taking it slow, but I finally completely wrapped up the project and shared our Master Bathroom Reveal.  We are so thankful for this new space every single day!

Without a doubt, seasonal home tours are always the most popular posts on my blog (although you all seem to also enjoy Five Friday Favorites and when I share fashion, too, but I didn't include any of those posts here).  So, here were my tours in 2020! Some of them have multiple parts and you can navigate to those other days within each post.

I'd say it was a pretty good year for our home, we could maybe even call it the "year of the bathrooms?"  😂 I'm looking forward to the projects 2021 has in store, the first big one will be through the month of March.  It's something that really wasn't on my radar yet, but the opportunity presented itself so we're going for it!  Can't wait to share in a few weeks!
